Shama Kern

Shama is a Thai massage therapist and teacher, writer, photographer and tour organizer. He has adopted Thailand as his home and grew to  love  the country, it’s gentle people, fascinating culture, and unique healing arts. Shama  shares his experience  by teaching massage therapy, writing about all aspects of life in Thailand, and conducting specialty tours.

Shama was always interested in the many transformational ways how the healing power of touch can affect our lives for the better. He studied many Asian healing arts like Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Medical Qigong and Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage.   In the course of  practicing and teaching  Thai Massage for many years, he developed two unique massage modalities, Hypnotic Rocking Therapy and Heavenly Head Massage.

Shama was also an international tour director and organizer for 10 years and specializes in finding unique places which combine cultural content, natural beauty and personal growth potential.
